Pastor Majette currently holds the role as Senior Pastor, Corporate Executive, Market Place Leader, Entrepreneur and Educator. He gave his life to the Lord in 1989 and founded “Christian Men Involved Now”, a ministry catered to help men break addictions in their life and unlock their God given destiny regardless of race, color, religious background or Christian experience. After experiencing several strong holds in his own life he was given a second chance by God to overcome; Minister Majette knew it was time to accept the call to minister the gospel.
In 2009, Pastor Majette founded The Guiding Light Ministries. He holds a bachelor degree in Marketing from Norfolk State University and received his Master of Divinity Degree, in 2009 from the Virginia University of Lynchburg. He is currently pursuing a PhD from Argosy University with a concentration in Pastoral Counseling. He received credits towards his MBA from Strayer University.
Pastor Majette brings forth a wealth of business, professional, entrepreneur and spiritual experience to the ministry as well as the market place. Although he rose to the top of the corporate level as an executive at several fortune 500 companies, he felt the desire to share the gospel and reach out to the lost. His desire is to see men; women and children reach their God given potential.
Pastor Majette says he has been anointed by God at this time in his life to help break traditional barriers; since his travels have brought him into contact with various local and national ministries.
The Guiding Light Ministries are also a Network of businesses sharing the responsibility to help one another increase economic wealth for the expansion of the Kingdom of God. Businesses are encouraged to help strengthen our local communities and develop job shadowing programs for the youth.
Pastor Majette was recently appointed President of The Christian Business Chamber of Hampton Roads. CBC is a private, membership based organization. CBC helps to equip local marketplace Christians, especially business owners and other leaders to make a local and lasting impact for the glory of God.
Pastor Majette has a passion to help conquer the seven cultural mountains. He recently launched the Guiding Light Church International.
